A local pioneer with a potential lender problem?

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our fourth SFH for rental. We have been preliminarily approved for funding, passed inspection, etc. Now, however, the bank is asking that with its appraisal the appraiser return a schedule of SFRs and their typical rent. He has approached my realtor for any knowledge she has of other SFRs (none and she is a top producing agent in the County). To my knowledge, I'm a local pioneer doing this work (in my city, not my county or state). Most other landlords have duplexes or are accidental landlords operating just one SFR. I've given the appraiser the information on my other SFRs, but I'm wondering if this is a potential snag in my financing. I hope not! Should I be worried?
