House hacking - tenant leaves personal things in common area

Hi BP,

I am house hacking and have a tenant that just moved in and he is leaving his personal items in the common areas (clothes, golf equipment, etc). I have asked him to move it into his room but not sure it can all fit. Would this be a big deal to you or am I overreacting? Would you tell him he has four options?

1. Move the stuff to his room.

2. Get rid of stuff so he can fit it all in his room.
3. rent storage place somewhere else and move it there.

4. Move out.

Thanks for reading and any input.
