Landlord support group in East Orange NJ

Hey y’all! Hope everyone is doing well. I am hoping to close in a a 2 unit multi-family property soon and I wanted to know if there is an East Orange, NJ landlord group. I see there are a few regulations and policies to follow when it comes to renting and tenants, however, some only qualify for units with 4 or more. I just want to make sure I am following the cities rules for my 2 unit property as well as join a support group.
