Looking for Handyman in the Tampa, FL area

Just purchased a tri-plex in Holiday, FL. I am looking for a handyman to help with some minor repairs to get it up to speed for insurance compliance. Items included that need to be done are filling an empty socket in an electrical panel, fixing a branch wiring incident, adding overflow value to a water heater, and some very light cleaning on a couple of locations.
