Looking for a section 8 rental in the greater Charleston area

I have a section 8 tenant and I won't be renewing his lease. He is looking for a 2+ bed 1.5+ SFR or townhome with a yard. A garage would be a plus as he works on cars for a living. He is a good tenant, but his unit is way overdue for complete reno and I don't have another empty unit for him. Just trying to find him and his boy a new home.
