We are about a week away from closing on our first rental property. A duplex that is fully rented. Looking for some advise on how to make the transition as smooth as possible. in the process of drafting our letter to the tenets, to give to them at closing, with info for how to pay rent, us being the new owners. emergency contact information. Is there anything else yall can think of to add in there?

As well as any advice on the process?
