Website/store recs for property management plaque?

Per chicago code, I need to put up a sign that says who manages my property (it’s me). But anyway, I’m wondering if you all have any recs for what store or website to buy a plaque from?

@Benjamin Sussman - I am not sure if you have to put a sign up in Chicago it's an owner-occupant building because you technically don't fall under the CLTRO.  

I would think any local signs shop can provide these management signs.  I wonder where @Mark Ainley or @Jason Marcordes get theirs?
