My rights as Landlord

Hi there

I have a two year lease on my house. There were only three people listed on the lease agreement . I have recently found out that the guy living in the house brought his significant other and two small children to live in the property as well, without informing me or letting me know in advanced. There's never been an official communication on their part in regards to the new living arrangements. What are my rights? Can this be considered a breach of contract on their part? Can I ask for more money? Can I start an evection process against them? Thanks in advance for your help!
