3 day pay or quit - LLC

Tenants are not paying rent for months, I need to give them a 3 day pay or quit. The property is in an LLC, for the "pay to" part in the notice - do I just list the agent that collects the rent. Do I need to list the LLC anywhere?

The lease lists my partner and the LLC as the owner. Can it just be from my partner?

Advice appreciated.
