SC eviction process
I need to evict someone for nonpayment in S.C. In my rental agreement I hand wrote a statement saying that I was giving notice and that no further notice would be givin. Still I posted a 5 day pay or quit notice as well as tried to have one delivered via certified mail, though they were unable to make contact. I was wondering if anyone had been through this process before and if this seems to be adequate. Thanks
