Allow renters to have trampolines
Do you all allow renters to have a trampoline at your rent houses.
I wouldn't. No need for the liability that comes with those injury machines.

Yes. I also let them eat hot dogs. They can feed grapes to their toddlers without peeling them or cutting them in half. Heck, I've even allowed tenants to shoot their privately owned firearms on property and hunt animals (some restrictions apply).
I don't dictate how people live their lives as if I'm somehow responsible for their personal decisions. Unless your insurance forbids it, live and let live.

If it is their trampoline, why not? Tell them they are responsible for any damage to the lawn and that they need to make sure it is secured (ie is the backyard fenced in)?
I wouldn’t mind. But I have received a letter from my insurance company requiring the removal to prevent cancellation. I personally don’t care.
@Chad Rakestraw I prohibit it because many insurances do. I have had my own insurance canceled because of a trampoline in the past so easier to just say no upfront. If they have it you can see if your insurance allows, my guess is it will be an issue.
Nope, I wouldn’t. Insurance won’t allow it unless it has a safety net around it. But the ones I see rarely do and the insurance co will non renew when they inspect.
If the insurance companies are saying ‘no’ there are risks that the insurance companies do not want to assume. That is enough info for me as owner not to assume.
Personally, I would allow them to keep it unless your insurance company forbids it.
@Rod Hanks they don't care about safety nets, mine canceled with a net. Insurances just don't want them or rate you higher if you have them.
@Chad Rakestraw no aggressive breed dogs, no trampolines, no above ground pools in the lease and verbally communicated before they sign. insurance says no, so I enforce it.
