HELP!! Tennants dont respond to any of my calls or texts

Posted

Hello Everybody,

So 30 days ago, I closed on a house out of state (Houston) and before I closed I agreed on a 45 day leaseback for sellers to have time to move out. I have been texting and calling them to let them know what days I will be meeting with contractors at the house and know how the moving out plans are going. I am trying to have the best communication but they have been unresponsive. What to do?

@Fabricio Laboriel Did they pay the lease for the time spent in the property thus far? I'd connect with a real estate attorney because this situation to heading down the wrong path. Nip it quickly before "squatters rights" becomes a conversation topic.
