Apartments.com to manage roommates??

hi everyone!

does anyone have any experience using apartments.com for managing tenants in a shared-living situation, in essence roommates (up to 3 individuals)? we're house hacking a sfh - not multi-family - with 3bed/3bath and trying to figure out the best tool to use for the entire process: from application to rental payments, etc.

if you know of any simple/free tool, please share as well.
