Terminate property manager

We have had this property manager for a few years while we lived out of state. During that time we have had many issues which I would consider grounds for termination without paying her fees. While we were very naive while searching for a PM, we certainly a mistake in choosing this one. My first question is this: We signed an agreement with the PM company X and then sometime between now and then the rep changed companies without notifying us. Our tenants are paying rent to this new PM company Y and we are receiving the rent payments from the PM company Y rep. So my contract is with company X and my tenants are paying rent to company Y. We are now back in state and can easily manage the property ourselves. Do I have grounds to terminate without having to pay the fees?

Thanks in advance, any advice is appreciated.
