Suicide Disclosure for Rentals

Hello All,

I have a client that is purchasing a property where someone recently committed suicide on the property. We know that it has to be disclosed for the next 3 years.

What has been your experience with prospective tenants after hearing this information? Major rent price reduction? No changes.

Ideally looking for knowledge from those with direct experience.
