Multi-families | Fourplexes and Duplexes in South Florida

Nick Marks
Posted

Hi! I'm new to the bigger pockets community and I'm looking to purchase a fourplex in South Florida or Miami. Where are some good areas with fourplexes that I can research on google maps? I'm also open to duplexes. Would love to connect with those who are familiar with the area. Thanks!

Really depends if you are looking to just invest or also house hack. Popular areas include: Little Havana; mid-Miami Beach; Hollywood; Little Haiti; Westchester (mostly duplexes).
