I read Craig Curlup's book already too. Are there any current house hackers that can give me some advice?

Hi @Kenneth Olsen House Hacking is great way to go.  My wife and house hacked throughout North New Jersey.  We went from paying 2k per month for a 3/1.5single family home to selling that property moving back in with my parents then ultimately purchasing our first house hack which end up being a duplex.  Our unit was 4/2 which cost us about $500 out of pocket becuase our tenants where paying $2800/month. Once we moved out we were cash flow positive $2k which covered the bulk of our mortgage for our next duplex house hack.  Currently our house hacks fund the luxury live in fix and flip we currently live in and a multi million dollar business that employs over 20 employees. At the end of the day thank good we found Bigger Pockets and get in relationship with awesome people.
