Insurance restrictions - service animals question
My insurance firm provided me a list of restricted breeds. However I’m getting potential tenants reaching out with service dogs that are in the restricted list. What are my options? I believe I can apply breed restrictions only to pets and not to Service animals. I don’t want insurance claims to be denied so should I work with insurance company on this?

If your insurance provider will not cover those animals, then it may be reasonable to reject the applicant, even if their animal is an ESA.
