Need an "on call" supper/handyman. Where to turn?

Is there a service (or does anyone know a trusted individual), who would be able to show up when minor things break in my rental duplex?

- cut the grass (once a month?)

- take out coins from the washing machine/dryer

- reset router to keep internet powered amenities working

- nice if willing/able to offboard departing tenants.

Thank you!

Set up remote access to hit the router from home.

Hire a lawn service company or give rent discount to 1 unit for mowing.

Go get your own change when you do unit inspections or turnover.

Find a local realtor that will do the move out inspection for you.
