Best Rent Collection Service

Wondering if anyone can help me with this.

I got a tenant who didn't pay rent for 2 months and decided to skip town.  He left the place in pretty bad shape, and it cost quite a bit to fix everything up.  Needless to say, he owes me a huge bill.

The issue is he was a leftover tenant, and I only got his email, phone, and birthday.  I don't have his SSN.

Is there a rent collection service that can call him, and record a debt on his credit report with the information above?  I doubt he will pay up, but the debt on his credit report might cause him problems down the road.  Since I probably won't get the money back, so a service that has minimal cost would be ideal.

Thank you in advance for any recommendations.
