converting rental properties for access to disabled renters

Hi BP problem solvers!

I have a sibling with a disability & have been having trouble finding suitable rental properties that are wheelchair accessible that also accept housing vouchers. Currently there are a shortage of units that accept section 8 vouchers for renters with disabilities. I have a plan to acquire rental properties that I can redesign/reconfigure to serve the needs of people with disabilities & also accept vouchers. Any suggestions ?
