Evicting tenant because of habitual late payment

Hi all, I am plan to evict tenant because habitual Kate payment but most attorney told me I will lose few months of rent. Does this mean when I take her to court I will have to stop receiving her rent?

I don’t quit get it. Evicting her because her late payment does this has anything to do with her no paying me? What I think is she will still have to pay me the rent when I started eviction becaus habitual late payment. Do I miss anything?
