Property Manager as "Additional Insured"?
Is it reasonable for a property manager to insist in their contract on being added as an "additional insured" on a landlord's property insurance policy? This relates to small multifamily investing.

Yes, this is reasonable and wise. It allows your property manager to be covered under your liability policy. If there is a slip and fall or some other liability issue, the injured party is going to sue the landlord and the property manager, so your insurance company can protect both of you in the same claim. It is no additional cost or effort on your part.
