Furniture Left Behind in Unit
We are from Ontario, California buying a duplex in Columbus, Ohio. We’re getting ready to close on our first duplex however one side was previously an Airbnb so it has furniture that will be left behind according to the listing agent. What do you do with left behind furniture in a unit when we’re planning on renting out the once Airbnb?

You can keep operating it as a vacation rental, you can rent it long-term and furnished, or you can sell the furntire and rent it long-term and unfurnished.
