Purchasing Massachusetts Multi W/ Sec8 Tenants
Hi All
I am currently looking at purchasing a multi-family in Massachusetts with a few Section 8 tenants. The intention is not to remove them. I was hoping someone would be willing to outline what I would need to do to make sure that the state doesn't continue mailing checks to the prior landlord. Is it as easy as going down to the local housing authority, showing closing documents, and signing some papers?
I also have about a million questions about the RAFT program if anyone has experience with that.
Thank you
Brandon
