Looking for somebody to show property in Lutz Florida

Hello BP community,

I've just put my first rental property on the market, and I'm finding that it's difficult with my schedule to show the property. I'm looking to see if anybody is interested in showing the property when I cannot make it there myself. This property is a gated community townhome in Lutz, near Dale Mabry & County Line. I think it would be best to pay per showing, send a DM to let me know how much you would charge to do this.
