I'll be renting out my extra room & bathroom as a 1st time House Hacker. Is it necessary to include pictures other than said room & bathroom when posting the availability?

Make sure you do a thorough background check to make sure you don't get a serial killer living under your same roof.

I'd put a strong door and deadbolt on my bedroom door too.
