Rental Softwares Recommendations

Hi,

I manage my own rental property. Currently I use Apartment.com (Former Cozy) to manage the payment. It works great as its free but only downside is  when renter is late, the software charges them one time late fee but then the software does not charge any continuous late fee per day.

Any suggestions on any other softwares which are free or non expensive? Software which can charge continuous late fee per day until full rent is paid?
