Using the Rental Property Calculator
I’m new to the game and looking to make my first offer in the next month or so. When using the Rental Property calculator what is a good cost to use for water/ gas/ electricity/ garbage removal? I’ve been using $100 for each and $20 for garbage. I figured these would be conservative numbers to use.
