Slow Property Managers
The furnace went out in a SFH and it took a week before the PM reached out to me. I work for an HVAC company so I turned down their estimate and requested they purchase from us since I can get it at a discount. Another week has now gone by and I was just sent a second estimate that I had a question on. Emailed in the AM and called twice throughout the day with no response. By the time they purchase and install it'll have been over 3 weeks with tenets just using space heaters.
What is the appropriate response to this?
