Video tours for tenant showing

Is it okay to provide only video tours for a while? Tenant is moving out in 3 months. I want to keep it to video tours for first month of listing and then make it live tours towards the end of occupancy. Is that okay?

Trying to make it convenient for current tenants. Let me know if there are other ideas.
