Prescreen Tenant - denial

Have created list of questions for prescreening tenants that includes questions around estimating monthly income, credit score etc.

1. What’s the message to send tenant on denials based on their responses? (Not meeting income or credit score) ? Do we need to share reason? Any genetic templates to share?

2. Do we need to send adverse action letter? Haven’t taken their application or run credit checks yet. Just screening based on answers provided.
