Short term rental Set ups

Hi everyone! I read that to do property management, one has to be a licensed realtor.  Does the same work if you create a business to set up short term rentals for out of state buyers?  I'm in Florida.

Zeona is correct, to a degree. The problem is that you would have to write management agreements with owners. That probably requires you to have a real estate license or you'll have to run every contract through an attorney.
