Hi all. I am thinking about doing a Section 8 niche in South St Pete. Would love to hear from anyone that is doing this, preferably in South St Pete but please anyone with knowledge of section 8 chime in. Please give me your experiences, where I start and your thought's on this niche. Thanks in advance!
