Hi Everyone, I’m happy to get my 2 rental sing house properties in this years. I just signed the lease to rent out one property by myself. The group is so helpful. And I also would like to ask some of your experiences about owner management. i saw the renter insurance clause now asking the tenant to get insurance with landlord as addi insured. So will I give them as my name and the rental house address or my house address in the insurance clause? . I own the rental property under my name, not company name
