I am looking to rent properties and with the obvious authorization from the owner list them as an AIRBNB in the DMV area. (DC, Maryland and Virginia). Anyone here is doing it? Any advice or concern? I am all ears...

in Baltimore, only owner occupied homes can be airbnb'd, so are you asking how to get around it??
