security system while renovating

Hi Guys, 

I'm looking for recommendations on security systems and cameras for vacant houses that my team is renovating.  We had our first break-in and all of the copper was stolen. 

A security system & camera that does not need internet/wifi would be preferred (works off cellular network). 

Also looking for the system to be easily transfered from property to property.

@Joe Sadusky  Did you ever get a security system that works for your vacant property?

I'm looking for a system that doesn't require an internet connection.

I've seen SimpliSafe discussion here, but it's a few year old.
