First Short Term Rental Gatlinburg Tennessee

Hi all! I'm looking for some advice on building or buying in the Gatlinburg Tennessee area. I'm completely new to this but I have some money that I would like to invest into my first STR. I'm basically looking for advice on how the building process would work in this area and any connections people could put me in contact with.
