Tips for Finding a Field/Boots on the Ground RE Assistant

Adrienne Patel
Posted

Hello all, does anyone have recommendations for how or where to find a field/boots on the ground real estate assistant? I'm looking for someone to open up a property to accept deliveries (ie appliances, furniture), oversee lock installations, run small errands, etc. (probably just a few hours here and there to start).  I'm willing to pay generously for a responsible, trustworthy person.

Hey Adrienne,

Almost every brokerage has new agents looking for extra income in RE. I would have loved to do something like this when I was just getting started. I would call a couple brokers and ask if they have agents they could recommend for the job.

Cheers!
