Landlord Additional Lease Terms

Hi everyone!

I purchased a rental property last year and I inherited a couple of leases that were already in place. I'm working on my own leases as the current ones will expire soon.

For the landlords out there, are there any specific additional lease terms that you've included that have been helpful? I'm self-managing and learning as I go. My property is located in Montana.
