We are having issues with a tenant and would like to talk to an attorney about getting an eviction in motion.  Does anybody have a lead on attorneys in the Phoenix area?

@Sean Todd Dr. Evictor is the website of Denise Holiday and they are the largest Eviction firm in Arizona. They only do work for landlords, no tenant work. They are very skilled, know the courts, they just simply have it dialed in. The typical cost at the end of the day with attorney, court, servers, the constable is just under $500.00. As an active member of NARPM (National Association of Property Managers) many if not most of the members in Phoenix, AZ use Denise and her firm.

The typical timeframe is less than 30 days for eviction in Arizona from the start to have them out.

I'll throw one more recommendation on Dr Evictor / Hull Holiday and Holiday. Very professional and they move quickly!

I used Hull Holiday and Holiday as well, through my property manager.  Very efficient process.
