Hey BP Fam! I have 3 properties in my personal name and I need to decide if I should put each one in it's own LLC or form a series LLC. Which will provide more protection ?

Thank you

It is really up to you how you want to hold the properties. An LLC is fine for all of the properties. A series LLC requires separate bank accounts, tax ids, and books for each property. It really depends on you and how you want to hold those.

Talk with your CPA or Lawyer and come up with a game plan that works for you and your goals. Best of Luck!
