Is This Trespassing?

Devin Long
Posted

I notified my property manager that my garbage disposal wasn't working over text and they came to fix it the next day. The property manager said the owners son would come to fix it and she would let him in at 12:30. She didn't just do that, she walked in and started going to the back of the apartment where the guest bedroom and master bedroom was for a few minutes. She then checked out the sink and started to mess around with the blinds and the kitchen counter a bit and left. The landlords son then came and fixed the sink at 12:50 and was out of there by 1:10. Would the property manager be trespassing in this scenario given that she never notified that she would be "inspecting" or any such thing?
