Looking for someone or several someone's familiar with the Jacksonville, Florida market. As a new out of state investor, I have a couple of properties in mind that I would like to purchase, but would like to speak with someone in regard to the area that I'm interested in investing in, a realtor, property manager, possible rehab costs, crime rates, etc. Basically, trying to put together a Rock Star Team in the area.
