Where Can I Find Mentors In Toronto To Help With BRRRR?

Hi guys, I have been investing for the past two years and threw myself in the deep end right away, my deals arent bad but could be better, I realized what I need to improve as an investor is to get a mentor, does anyone have any advise on where or how I can find one. I know many will say to network but with who, since i'm looking specifically for those expierenced in BRRRR'ing?
