Hey everyone! I'm a fairly new investor. I have two rental properties at the moment. My question is, What is the best way to fund a deal if you don't have W2 income? Would love to hear different people's experiences with creative financing. Thanks for the responses!

non-qm lenders. Approval is based on credit and cash flow of the property.
