Real estate business beginner guidance.

Hello! I was currently in university, and I'll graduate soon, meanwhile I have read more books about real estate investment, I want to do it as my job and business, according to Brandon' books, he said that you should not  directly quit your job for real estate and bra bra..., but me I have no job, and my parents own like 3houses, I was thinking to start with them as they manage them as hobby not business, I live in place where real estate business is not well formulated and no regulation about it have brought in place, Banks do not know about potofolio lending...

please help me to figure out what to start with.
