How much to charge for short term rental maintenance

How much should I charge someone for regular small routine maintenance on a short term rental. They do all the bookings and communication . Someone else does the cleaning. The rental has 4 units, 1 bed, 1 bath each. Swimming pool near the beach. I would be responsible for little issue that come up. Clogged toilet, seized garbage disposal, etc. I really have no idea where to even begin. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
