DC 1st time Landlord

Hey all!

I'm moving out of my apartment in 2-3 months and will be renting it. I have so many questions as this is my first time renting out in the US. I have a few units in Egypt (where I'm originally from) that I rent out but obviously, everything is very different. 

Is there a guide/course/video that you would recommend I check out?

Also any other DC landlords here willing to chat and answer a couple of questions?
