Anyone operating an AirBNB in a key gated condo community?

I have a condo that is a long term rental I would like to covert to an AirBNB. The challenge I can’t figure out is access. It’s gated and the only way to enter is a garage door remote or a key. A key could be placed in a lock box outside the building, however I would only envision problems of it being returned
